Stockade Works

Advisor for Educational Development & Youth Access, September 2022 – Present

Development, design and launch of the Stockade Works Career Awareness & Youth Access Initiative which is a new program created especially for high schools, junior colleges, and colleges, to teach youth and young adults entering the workforce about the film crew industry and the growing professional opportunities available in the Hudson Valley.

Accomplishments: Design, launch and implementation of Educational Division of Film at Lincoln Center, providing more than 2000 young people and teachers citywide with filmmaking and visual literacy programs. Curriculum design, teacher trainings, infrastructure and funding to magnify the work of Film at Lincoln Center and inclusive approach to education.

Founder of non-profit arts education company that provided intensive long-term and sustainable arts programs in New York City public schools. Responsibilities included teaching theater program which culminated in performances on NYC professional stages and in community venues, curriculum design, training of teaching artists, fundraising and development, building highly resourceful board of directors, event production and design.
